Here's the play by play for those who haven't seen it and never will:

It starts out with soft piano music, and 2 topless girls are making out. This lasts for about 1 second, and it immediately cuts to a close-up of one girl holding a cup up to the other girl's booty. She shits, but it's this weird shit, not all hard turds and not liquid either, but more like a soft serve ice cream cone from IKEA. Then it cuts to a shot of them holding it between them and both licking and nibbling it like ice cream. Then they really start eating the shit, then they're making out and licking each other with the shit all over their tongues and lips, and then it gets really good. One of them shoves her fingers down her throat and pukes back into the cup, so now it's a mix of feces and vomit, and then they start eating it again and making out again, and then one of them pukes into the other one's mouth. I couldn't tell what happened after that part because I came so hard I passed out.

anyways the video isn't fake. The way they do it is the actors have to eat a special diet for about 2 weeks before the shoot. It makes the crap come out nice and not taste like shit.
