A lot of people seem to think the Democrats are hypocrites because many of them had voted for the surge against Iraq when they had the vote and it would've still been brought up to invade by Republicans and they may still have invaded if the Democrats were in power.

Do you believe that? or do you think only Afghanistan would've been invaded and Iraq would be left alone?

Depends who would of been in Gore's cabinent and the motivations of those who lied. (Seemingly G. Gordon Liddy and Rumsefeld.)

If it's Oil.  Then yes, probably.  Big Oil has as many hands in the pockets of democrats as it does republicans.

If it was about G. Gordon Liddy and the others being a little crazy, or some sort of base in the middle east.  Probably not.

Politicians have no moral code, or ethics what so ever. 85% of the country wanted us to go to war with Iraq. This means anyone shitty enough to make it to the WH, is going to do whatever the masses want. Especially if he/she has another term to go.
