It's not MGO that lags, its the host of the game, remeber its a game that players host the matches.

It doesn't help that MGO is one of the glitchiest games out there.

You dont even have to go that far back, Guild Wars is playable with a dial up modem and that is how they are able to make money with a completely online game without monthly fees.

Most likely is the host or someone is lagging in the game.

yeah it's pretty laggy, but still a AAA game

i think the award for the most glitchiness and lagness goes to Gears of War hands down.

Call of Duty 4 occasionally suffers from this.

However, nothing on this Earth can compare to the lag that Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 suffers. Sometimes the ball can be in one half of the pitch and then a split second later appear in my penalty area.

Warhawk has been laggy for ne of late. Even on the low ping and Sony servers.

I got a pal who plays this quite often and he also complains a little about lag. He has a decent line, 12 Mbit, so it would be something else at fault here.
Could be the servers, I hear some of them are a little slower than others.
