NPD is only America, You can check Worldwide sales on this site by going into Games and you'll see Uncharted there.
Uncharted was uncharted in the November NPD USA Top 10 SW ( when was launched ) ...

December: 206k
I think NPD only public announces a monthly top 10 in software titles. Unless you have a financial relationship with NPD, you will never know the answer to this. Vgchartz lists the title as close to 2 million. This should double once the 160 gig bundle releases.
