Indeed, FW Update 3.30 is to prepare PS3 (FAT & Slim) for 3D HDTVs functionality, also, there may be some sort of upgrade for trophies, but right now that those not botter me, I have being traveling and working a lot so I don't have time to play any of my games.

But, a question comes to my mind, is there any issues I should be in the lookout with this FW Update 3.30???

I have a question about the 3.30 FW Update as I don't quite understand what is being changed.

Is it the general output that is being "translated" to the TV or is it specific to a process? Like, does this firmware update make the PS3 a 3D gaming console as well as a 3D Bluray Movie Player or is it just for gaming and not media playback?
