Just like my previous thread on NA Wii releases, DS releases, and PSP releases, the PS3 release list is now update for all games with a date between now and Christmas.

August - 5
September - 18
October - 31
November - 22
December - 1

Total - 77

This leaves out about 25 games with a TBA 2008 release date (some may be PSN, so it is probably lower than that). Plenty of good shooters, a few good racers, and other good games so a little for everyone. This list sort of reminds me of the N64/GC days when I was glad to have Nintendo as a first party (except this time, it is Sony)

the shovelware to quality ratio isn't too bad, but hopefully they drop bolt like a rock so it improves

Don't get me wrong..the more games the merrier. But I'm not a doctor or a lawyer either. The rest of this year is going to kill my wallet, because PS3 has a lot of must-haves comming out. Like, a LOT.

MAN!! I can only afford at least 1 per month, That sucks for me...

More games the better but December - 1? Bit sad that.

October though is going to be a huge month.

not really. There will probably be a few games delayed into december, or anounced release in december (as there are quite a few TBA)

from doing these lists I have found the most games come out in octobor, followed by november, then september. December is bare, because you have to have the game out at least 1-2 weeks before Christmas, so that isn't a lot of time to release games. Also, since black friday is such a big shopping day, you would want to have your game on store shelves by then.
