pretty cool.  I have a USB keyboard and mouse for my PS3, but since this has a touchpad, it looks like I'll be able to get rid of both... This might be really great for MMO-style games, where communication is essential, and not everyone wants to use a headset.

I would imagine that this would be getting released as a result of Home, as i know many people that would much rather use an official attachment rather than a 3rd party one (myself included) as it looks much better and tends to work for the purpose of use better!

Haha.. I never thought about it, but the 360 gamepad is nearly identical to the GC one, save for the better GC D-pad. Good find.
