the graphics need to improve greatly, i don't mind RE4 gameplay though its awesome, but the graphics and animation

As they should be, the at least one of those two are worth having after six months.  I owned then sold my first Wii and I'm about to sell the one I have now.

@theshoe23 let me guess, the only wii game you owned was wii sports right. and also if you hated the wii the first time. why on earth would buy another one? i doubt you ever owned the console in the first place.

OP - I liked the concept behind DR when it was on the 360, but I didn't/don't have that console. So it coming to the Wii just makes it possible for me to play the game.
