It's called being a first world country. It's the same reason the big first world countries win the most Olympic events. They can just afford people to be so single minded in task... and have the technology for better training and nutrition.

In some areas yes.  This stuff is used in court cases.  It's not like these highly trained proffesionals only studied girls of one race when finding these forensics to tell the difference between underaged children and adults.

This has many practical applications in law enforcement and other areas.  For things such as being able to tell what is child pornography and what isn't for instance.

The Olympics are supposed to be as universal and neutral as possible. he did say "doesnt cheat" not "hasnt cheated".  also, he seems to have been speaking about country-endorsed cheating.  like the chinese government lying about ages of athletes and creating fake documents for them.  whereas its unlikely the cheater mentioned was being supported by the US government.

Ok yeah I heard it is used in Court cases but I find it still hard to believe that the forensic of girls everywhere in the world are the same.  Even forensic over here have problems with it.  If they find a body of a teenage girl they always determine the body's age by what is most commen for an age.  If the body looks to have all aspects of an avarage 15-16 old girl they will use that age by the case but it is not that rare that at the end they found out the girl who's body the found was younger/older.

And the girls you dated were from China or living in USA.  Considiring asian girls living in my country are 15 cm longer at their 18th birthday(avarage of course) than asian girls living in China/Japan/Thailand etc... as an example and I am pretty sur this could be the same in the states.

They changed it because of a lot young teens took painkillers(medicine) to stop the grow of their bodies and hormones to be at an advantage at the olympic games and you can ask every doctor.  Also much training and strict dieting (and I bet He had that) can stop the grow of a body.
