Get it if you are a big fan of turn based RPGs that will never end.

Also, you will get to use the penguins as party members.

I will be purchasing this game from the previousley owned section at Blockbuster for no more than 20 bucks...I'll deffinitly have to wait a while though.

if u like strategy rpg Disegea is the best one you can get but the graphics might turn you off

People like these are the reason why so many good series don't leave Japan. 

Depends on what you call good. I will never pay more than 25 dollars for Disgaea.

I would say steer clear because of all the bad content within the game.  Plus the name of the game is too close to diareeha.

I think "disgaea or in Japanese ディスガイア" sounds very cool.

the graphics are pretty bad, but once again, ill get it if it has good reviews

If you want a niche tactics game where you have to buy (online) most of the features and upgrades in the game, then go for it.

Also the game lacks the primary reason everyone loved Disgaea games, Etna. (I know that's not true, but you can't call it Disgaea without Etna)

You should definitely get it DOOD! The game is quirky and full of goth-animeish humor. The first Disgaea was down right hilarious!

The game will most assuredly last you a good 500 hours to master(that is not even a joke, the games are HUGE). They are full of insane attacks with outrageous damage amounts (saw a vid for D3 where the damage capped off the screen lol). It is also full of customizable teams and such. You will love it.
