The PS3 couldn't muster a 3:1 ratio over the 360 for June.

Ok, Sony, I've got it. This is what you need to do.

PS3 Face lift. It's already time for a redesign. The PS3 is bigger than the 360. The Japanese love compact things, so Sony should definitely change it up. The DS Lite has spurred such a turn-around for DS sales that it's scary. A new color spurs more sales. So, redesign the motherboard for compactness, remove the power brick from inside the machine, and make it aesthetically more pleasing. And more colors. The PS3 Slimline.

Price Drop. It's time to bleed more money for the good of marketshare. Nothing less than a $150-200 dollar price drop for NA/EU. Europe still loves you and is your most important region right now. You should embrace them!

Games, Games, and more Games. They can't come soon enough. And stop losing exclusives, it looks bad.
