Not bad. I'm guessing there is some dark twist in the game from that box art and the name (corruption)?

 The name is Corruption has to do with Phazon. Samus can use Phazon to enchance her strength but doing so has adverse effects, hence the Corruption subtitle.

I prefer Prime 1 & 2 covers over this one it seem very….uninspired. Nothing about it would motivate me to purchase the game if I wasn’t familiar with Metroid

I don't either, but I appreciate good art in general.  IMO it's pretty good, but it could have been better.  So far I think Mario Strikers Charged has the best boxart.

A minor flaw...it's the game that does matter though...

Like the first menu in Metroid Prime...it's still amazing today...

Those ending sequences at the end of the E3 demo probably shows what the menu interface is going to look like...aka sweeet.
