How about a new series with different characters?

I think that would be cool. It would let Kojima flex his creative muscles some more in creating something different and it benefit his development team because then Kojima might not have to have such an extreme hands on approach like he has had with the other games (especially MGS4).

Also, Akiba was funny when he has his bowel problems just like in MGS1 and 2. However, I didn't like him in his serious roll in the second half of the game.

Yea, I'd like to see more battlefields like the ones in the first and second act. Not only more of them, but larger scale with more stuff going on.

I'd like them to refine the shooting controls a little. I know it's a stealth game, but that is one area that could use some work. Also, cut Akiba.

I'd like to see what happens when the Patriots no longer exists. Who will try to take the power and how? I don't want to see Snake as the main character anymore though I wouldn't mind seeing him as an advisor or something. I don't want any more prequels at least.

Maybe a story with Solidus? or how about Vulcan Raven!

I am only up to Act 3 but I remember somewhere in Act 2 when Naomi is explaining to Solid about nanomachines that in the cutscene she mentions how war was fought like a game --without spoiling anything it sort of hints at 2 more games coming in the series. Or is that just a joke?

solid snake should be the main character again. and the story should be that the world has gone to ruin since the collapse of the patriots. the world is on the brinck of world war 3 and a new tyrant is trying to cease power only it turns out to be yet another clone of big boss the patriots were working on. it would be set 6 months after guns of the patriots and the u.s government deploy snake to take out the new big boss clone in exchange they will give snake an operation that will heal his accelerated aging
