I think they'll be in a virtual deadlock for the next several weeks.

Both should see big bumps ($299 X360, MGS4 re-stocks) but I wanna give it to MS due to the price cut. Maybe WW 180k X360 and 160k PS3???

edit: decided to drop x360 from 220 to 180 after I came to my senses.

ps3 worldwide this week. the gap is going to be smaller in america this week. 360 will probably go down to about 70-80k.

More like PS3 180k and X360 160k.

PS3 sales will decline everywhere but Japan as more and more people wait for the new 80GB sku coming in September.

As long as 20GB pro sku is available 360 sales will be boosted, maybe not as much as last week but the difference between 360 and PS3 in NA will be similiar.

As much as I'd prefer the 360 to outsell the ps3 again I don't see it happening. 360 sales will still be significantly up on the weeks preceding the price-cut in the us though.
