I don't know, depends a lot of the game, and if I'm working on something important or not...
Usually on normal week like 3-4 hours daily...
On a heavy work week like 5 hours a week...
On a "nothing to do" week, like 8-12 hours daily...

Special occasions like a new great game usually spend like 18 hours playing until I finish the game... (Mostly on weekends)
