Oh gosh golly gee, but I thought little old me was the problem in Off Topic, because I'm sure it's not...(gasp)...moderator abuse! *Dum Dum Dum* My point was that you are adding to that problem. Like you said previously, you aren't enforcing policy changes, so why close all of those topics? Forum rules allow them currently. Off Topic was already taken off the front page like the dirty redheaded step child it is, so why was that even done if we weren't going to be able to cut loose a little more? Wasn't that done to allow exactly these sort of topics to be left alone in their dark corner of the website? Placating to the whims of Nintendo Fan Girl because she's offended by beer and sex threads is a bit rediculous, as is assuming women are less promiscuous than men and don't want sex talk in the Off Topic forum.

Sex threads are creepy. weird and just wrong... There's not much that's funny about it (except you guys looking dodgy and idiotic speaking of your penis with other random guys) and it makes you look like you are sex obsessed nerds, like montana said.

Beer thread is fine though beer is discusting... I prefer mixed drinks. More classy and tastes good, unlike beer. Plus beer bellies are just wrrrroooong!

I have no problem with sex, the thing is that you look weird and dodgy when you tell random people on the internet your penis size... Especially when most are males.

 I think that topic would have gone better if it was just talking about the body part and not the specifics of each user.

 Actually... I'd say the only classy drink would be Champagne or Wine. Mixed drinks are pretty trashy. Why? Because they are for people who want to get drunk and party but cant stand hard liquor or the taste of beer. The mentioned alcohols are for meals... though some abuse them. And I would put mixed drinks under beer in that classy category. Beer may taste bad (to some) Jocks who through keggers give beer a bad name.
