Comparing games would not constitute flaming if it is the same game and they have proof and provide a reasonable argument.

If they say console X sucks. That would be trolling.

Well if we are going to do this at least use this quote as your motto:

"It's not wise to discriminate at all.  It's the stereotyping that causes all the wars anyways.  Seriously if everyone would stop with who's what side bullshit could just realize we are all gamers.  Who cares what your preference really is.  Still a gamer no matter which one you support.  I mean always at war with each other over which ones better or which should get more sales.  Screw that we are on the same side no matter what cause we all like games.  Stop fighting with each other so much and take down what's really an issue in gaming: lazy developers trying to shaft us and those political tyrants trying to take our freedoms away from us.  Maybe then debate amongs these things could be a little more civil cause we have a general respect for each other."

Sorry stickball, but I can't let you make this topic.  All users get at least a warning before any moderating action is taken against them.  Then 3 day, 7 day, etc. if their behavior isn't improving. 

Trolling/flamebait is never acceptible on VGC.  All cases of it in all forums will be dealt with equally.  You get one warning.  That's all moderators are required to give you for any offense, and no, that doesn't mean one warning per day.  It means you are warned to improve your behavior, and then you'll be banned for progressively longer until you do or you are permabanned. Again, this is true of any part of the VGC forums.
