Just wondering because a friend of mine can't get high speed (because it's not available where hes from) so I wanted to know if there's anyone else out there who can't get high speed or just didn't get high speed

I don't. The only person i know that has it is my Grandmother, but she's just cheap. Aren't there always others options than just dial-up? Isn't satellite an option?
I know my parents have dial up but they also live in a redneck podunk town called Whitesboro on a farm.
At work we technically have a high speed connection but I think it's about 80 people trying to share one DSL connection so it sure feels like dialup.
I think Dtewi has dial up
HAHAHAHA
lol jk buddy, its ok
I am WEEzY. You can suck my Nintendo loving BALLS!

even poeple in 3rd world countries would laugh at the mention of dail up now.
My mom does. She lives too far out of town, no other choice. Not a big deal to her anyways.
I have Dial Servive Link, ROFFLE, actually its pretty reliable. I thought DSl was possible on any phone wire?
i don't know anyone who still uses dial up. high speed is the way to go.

No, not all phone lines have DSL built into them, that's a special line they have to put in. That's why many people in more outback areas tend to only have the option between dialup and satellite.
