i have seen alot of fanboys of this site. and i just wondered what is it about the ps3 or 360 that you love. and would you have brought the 360 of it was made by sony or the playstation 3 if it was made by microsoft?

What is the better console? Why?

I got my 360 quite simply because the ps3 was not out at the time.
having said that I have no regrets and am very happy with it.

I had a 360 but the noise that used to come from it done my head in, pluss i didnt really like the games that was on it at the time and when the ps3 came out i just had to sell my 360 and buy a ps3. i have never looked back since. everything about the sony consoles shouts quality at you.

I can base almost all of my electronic entertainment needs around the PS3. From games to blu-ray to upscaled dvds to listening to music, to surfing the internet, to chatting with friends, to storing pictures. In one box I have all of that. I guess the PC could offer the same things, but I enjoy Sony's exclusives such as Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter and Sly Cooper which I would miss out on the PC.

I bought my PS3 because of the games that are on it and will be coming for it.
I will buy my 360 because of the games that are on it and will be coming for it.
Both will rule my living room. I can't say which is better because I don't own a 360 yet(but have played it plenty.) I love my PS3, and fully expect to love my 360. They will compliment each other well.

Yes, I would be likely to buy a 360 if it wasn't made by Microsoft; I hate Microsoft as a company, not the metal and plastic in the 360.

i am in the habit of buying sony consoles with in the first week of them being out, pluss all the talk of what it could do just pulled me in, pluss RROD scared me off from the 360

I would get the console made by SONY because I prefer their first party games and third party exclusives in general. It's not what company has the most games it's what company has the games I want. And also Sony offers me free online play on it's console, that's a big plus for me since I don't have a credit card.
