Today was a shocking day. A TON of consoles were getting returned to WalMart. All consoles and both handhelds.
None of the consoles were even defective. I asked one customer returning a Wii and PS3 why they were returning them. Their responce "I need the money back, need to pay bills, I'll probably rebuy them in a few weeks or so."
Is the economy this bad that you return something you enjoy to pay your bills then when you finally get a scrap of money go back and buy them again??? There had to have been 15 Wiis, 20 PS3s, and maybe 17 360s returned today. (Numbers are estimates, I know there were less Wiis then the others and less 360s then PS3s). I have no idea on handhelds, all I saw was a decent sized pile by claims.
