Smashing it as fast as you can will just wear you out. There is actually a certain speed you can use thats quite comfortable. But yes, Initiate Dimensional Cape, hold the control stick down, then hit the C-stick upwards repeatedly.

Its easiest to hold the stick down with your pinky and hit the C-stick up alternating thumbs. I kept it up for 5 minutes this way.

i've only manadged to do it for about 15 seconds

Also ivo, why is jungle japes banned?

Jungle Japes is banned due to 1 hit KOing Klap Traps, and the water is impossible for some characters to get out of KOing them sooner then they would have been otherwise. Even the weakest of spikes can become a KO on this stage even at 0%. This is a highly debated stage currently for legality but so far its been more towards ban then counterpick. I chose to ban it, because with the inclusion of lag escaping the rushing water is even harder then it should be. In offline tournaments, its been legal in very few that I've went to.

Fair enough, i like that stage though even if i don't use it online. so it doesn't bother me considering i probably wouldn't pick it, i was just wondering.
also it was legal at the tournament i was supposed to go to.

Update : I defended my position against Hells. Results : 2-1, all very close matches.
