So ever since Starcraft 2, Red Alert 3, Supreme Commander(i know its out already) announcement I been playing Starcraft, Total Annihilation, Diablo 2, and C&C Red Alert

Do you guys go back and play some old school games due to news announcments of sequels?

Yeah. But i also go back to oldschool games just because I like oldschool games. My atari is hooked up right now.

All the time i go back and play nes games... cause they were fun... and for whatever reason that style of gameplay has largely been erradicated from the scene of gaming.

 This, except change Atari to SNES, and um... NES to SNES >.> (I still play NES sometimes, but I only have 3 games for mine ; ; I got it late and never picked up a bunch of games)

I've been wondering what took Titan Quest to Steam's Top Sellers, because there was no price drop or even special weekend offer... I think it has to be Diablo 3 announcement :P

usually I don't do that though...

I'm often guilty of this, yes, although if the previous games are too long (RPGs, etc.) then I probably won't.

yup, i do this. i do the same with a book series. i re-read all the old ones before the new one comes out

PC: Diablo III, Fallout III, Stacraft 2, Spore, Empire: Total War, American McGee's Grimm

360: Madden 09, Fable 2, Left 4 Dead, Blood Bowl

yes, i started playing Far Cry again when Far Cry 2 was announced, and i started playing UT when UT3 was anounced
