I'll tell you after you tell me what % of your favorite console's titles are rehashed games.

Surprise, surprise! A Wii game didn't manage to have as big an imporvement, graphically speaking, over a great looking game, compared to a bad looking game that went to a HD console!

Do you think that this will affect Wii sales going into the future? Will it get harder and harder for Wii to compete with PS360 in the coming years as Wii software looks more and more dated? Or does the casual market have lots of room to grow?

Current situation: Wii has great 1st party titles, but few. At the moment, they look a lot worse than Ps360 games.

Future situation cannot be worse software wise. Nintendo will keep making the quality titles, and Wii is likely to have a bigger capacity than most games have shown (other than perhaps SMG).

So to answer your question: No, not at all.

 

I owned an N64 and a Gamecube. So when I decided not to get a Wii the main reasoning was because I've been playing Mario Kart, Smash Bros., Zelda games for years. Looking at the list of top games for Wii you see a lot of the same killer apps that were on Gamecube. If they aren't a straight up port then they are very similar. If you think this is totally false take a look at this:

So, wait, you haven't actually played the games, have you?

 

As for your title question, I'd guess around 5% tops. (about 25 out of 500)
