i posted a forum yesterday about MGS4 and R2, but ppl kept saying it wasn't a very good forum and i agree, but now i have another question: which game is better, Call of Duty 4? or Resistance: Fall of Man? i've never played COD4, but i have Resistance, and i think Resistance is awesome and one of my favorite games of all time, with the 40 player online, 4 player co-op and good storyline, i think it is an awesome game, but alot of my friends on PSN say that COD4 is really fun but they have never played Resistance, so, i think Resistance is better, but i could be wrong because i have never played COD4

At least this thread is about two currently released games in the same genre!

Call of Duty 4, better MP and SP

If sales = quality then COD4 wins easily.

No contest, CoD4 easily.

COD4 is overall better, particularly MP.

Depending upon how you view SP play then you could argue RFOM is better as it has a more traditional 'plot' vs COD4 which has an 'incident' which serves as an excuse for a number of loosely connected (but wonderfully executed) firefights. I know a fair few FPS fans who see RFOM as a better traditional SP experience (even though they prefer COD4 overall).

COD4 does however boast one level, a flashback level no less, that is one of the best SP levels I've played for a long time. It also has the best 'guilty pleasure' level I've played in a while as well, where you rain down a whole lot of death from the skies in a very non-PC (and I suspect unrealistic) fashion.

Resistance for the story and COD4 for mp

i stoped playing call of duty 4 on pc about 10 mins into it. i dont no, the story put m off before i even started playing the game properly
