Unlike Nintendo, Sony actually values the costumer enough to sell their products at a loss. The amount they've lost comes to show how costumer centered Sony really is while Nintendo is cut throat in for the profits only. Nintendo is one of the strongest examples of the sad reality of capitalism.

"Values the customer enough" to sell at a loss? You're out of your mind. Selling a product like a console at a loss doesn't mean you value your customers, it means you're a cut-throat that is willing to kick the competition in the balls and hurt yourself in order to win in the long run. It has nothign to do with how much they value their customers. If it did, then they wouldn't have to have been sued to start fixing DREs for free.
Nintendo's customer service kicks serious ass, should you actually be so unfortunate as to pick up a Nintendo product that isn't built like a freaking tank. They show they care about their customers by making products that do what the customer wants at a price most of their potential customers find fair and they take care of those customers when there is a problem. Sony and MS have both tried to hide the reality of their hardware mistakes and have done everything they could to weasel out of accepting responsibility while Nintendo has maintained the best customer service seen in the video game business.
