Right here. But I'm worse than that, even: not only can I not justify the purchase of a PS3 to myself yet (money is tight), I'll end up getting a 360 first.

I thoguht this was the last one, and I just have some bias towards used that is hard to overcome. Doesn't feel right.

If you only own wii/DS there are lots of brilliant multiplats on top of ps3 exclusives:

resident evil5,devil may cry4,burnout,call of duty,new prince of persia....

I'm a fan of the series & will probably eventually get a PS3... but, I figure MSG4 will still be great when FFXIII, RE5, and others are out to make the machine a more worthwhile investment. (And hopefully at a lower price.)

I think if you truly are a very big fan of a series whichever it may be you would be willing to shell out 500$ plus 60$ for the ability to play it.

If you're not such a hardcore fan of the franchise which seems to be the case then obviously it's not worth the amount for one game.

Haha, I am a huge fan of the series, but I have other financial concerns. Sometimes I can;t always just buy a new game or system if I want one. It sucks to because I want to play MGS4 so bad. Judging fandom by money willing to be spent is a bit ridiculous. I was just starting this thread so fans who can't play it have a place to vent about it with others, without being really negative.

QFT. I love the MGS franchise but there is no way I am getting a PS3 anytime soon. Unless DTG wants to buy me a new car or come pay my bills (because I admit, I am a bigger fan of driving and being able to make money. Guess I am a fanboy of being alive). :P I did play this game over at a friends house and it is truly awsome. We traded off on death and did normal gaming, a boss fight and a motorcycle fight (not giving away spoilers) and watched a long cutscene (they have saves in the middle for anyone that had an issue with it.) You will have alot of fun with it DK.

I'll prolly be able to afford a PS3 when ffxiii comes out.
