I just don't understand why they wouldn't ever release it on PS3.
SO2 was PS1
SO3 was PS2
PSP is getting remakes of both 1 and 2.
Why wouldn't 4 be on a Sony system at some point as well? Obviously that is currently where the fanbase lies.
Why put your entire series on PS systems and then just cut them out for no reason?

There are definitly fanboys on both sides, but sony fanboys are easily the worst.
I just went to gametrailers, and the new star ocean trailer which has the 360 only on it was rated at a 6, while the trailer that didnt have for 360 has a 9 rating.
Owner of all consoles cept DS.....Currently in love with prototype!
I would by a 360 if it had a really good exclusive rpg game. Ive never played SO4, but if its really good i would pick up a 360.

Easily the worst? Like Xbox and Nintendo fanboys didn't give PS3 games a 1 on this site when the rating system was up. I saw a few multi-plat games where the 360 version would get a higher rating than the PS3. Oh and let's not forget about Gamer-Girl or whatever her face was. Fanboys are fanboys, and they're all equally bad. I doubt there's one thing PS fanboys do that Xbox or Nintendo fanboys don't do.

They could come out a say "it is definetly 100% 360 exclusive, but they aren't. In my eyes it is multiplatform/timed exclusive.
Yeah, Namco used this same indirect language, and guess what, the PS3 is gonna see a version of both Tales of Vespersia and Eternal Sonata (maybe not in the States, haven't heard anything about Europe). I am surprised their hasn't been an Ace Combat 6 announcement too.

It's taking a hell a lot of time for them to announce it!! I think it won't happen...
Regardless once those titles make it to the PS3, it won't boost anything considering the hype is already lost due to the game already released on the Xbox 360.
Could a moderator edit the thread title?
Into something like "For the time being, Star Ocean 4 not scheduled for release on Playstation 3".
I realize that the current title is incorrect or at least misleading.
