For Square enix that is, they are complete idiots,  havent they seen what massive jrpgs do on the XBOX 360? Havent they seen the install base? Are they being controlled by monkeys? Seriously its a joke of a move.

Well, they say "at the present time" (現在), so it still could see a release someday.

But since they also say "there is no intention" (予定はございません) its pretty clear that it's unlikely.

 Really? I've been looking forward to this game. Star Ocean is my favorite RPG...no way I would bash it. Granted I'm a little disappointed I have to shell out some money for a 360 before 2009 because of MS's moneyhatting....that doesn't mean I think the game is going to be bad. Don't generalize PS3 fans by calling them fanboys.

I wonder if SO4 can do well on the 360.  Star Ocean 3 managed to do 1.3 million copies on the PS2.  This is where the concerns come in.  PS2 owners were more inclined to play JRPGs than most 360 owners are right now.

clutching straws again, enix said they are undecided wether to release it on ps3 or not.

im sure they eventually will, it will turn out as timed exclusive, and will make more money on ps3



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

 I think he means the Anti-Microsoft people. Since most fanboys are just pro their console and not anti but there are some...
