Sweet job, never played the game myself do you recommend buying it?

Impressive. MOST impressive.

Maybe I should ask you for help if I should return to the game again, the constant difficulty of the card battles was wearing me thin, I probably need some advice on resorting my deck. :) (the story and characters are definitely great so far though)

Nobody is crazy enough to accuse me of being sane.

Where do you find Magna Mix Recipes 37, 38, 40, and 41?

The best RPG last gen :) Recommended? No... mandatory!

Nice necro bump.

Anyway, to answer the question to those who care: Not all of the 50 recipes can be found in the game, so you either have to try various combinations yourself or you simply look them up in a FAQ. The recipe log doesn't show whether or not you have found the recipes in the various cupboards, tables etc. in the game, so there's nothing to worry about for a completionist. All that counts is that you mixed them.

EDIT: This thread got 2.900 views by now. Looks like people are clicking on the links in my signature, because when this thread died it had like 100 at most.

Im bumping your topic, just for the love of Baten.

The 2 games are my favorites RPG of all time, im totally shock by your 100% complete run. Now I want to replay the game and I dont know which one to start, the first one or origins.....

I have buy the Strategy guide for BK1, and I think no book exist for the second game heh?

(sorry for my poor english im a french speaker)

Never saw this thread before, I am really surprised that rol really loved this game. I myself like the baten series, and always hope the series would continue.

As for the speed run, that was pretty good.

Man, that game never even came out here in Europe...
But OT, that list sounds like a humongous lot of work, haha. I only managed to get like 4 recipes in the original BK.
