In America PS3 drops below 9% market share.

In Japan Wii passes above 85% market share.

These are both weekly sales %'s

How low or how high do you think these will go?

I think Wii can hit 90% a few times in Japan, depending on if PS3 continues to falter.

PS3 cant go much lower, but may hit 5% in NA a few weeks.

well I would have called the 3% of the x360 in Japan a low personally... ;)

honestly though, those numbers are not looking good for Sony. Not at all.

Yeah, even if (and this is a big if) Ninja Gaiden and Hot Shots Golf boost sales, the PS3 will still be nowhere close to where it needs to be.

Something tells me we haven't seen the bottom for the PS3 yet, and as for Wii its still hard to find so who knows how much higher it could go



 

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
