Well the MarigBox converter that converts the saturn pad to xbox is sold out everywhere. I was lucky to get it in 2004...infact im looking for another one and am willing to pay good money...but it cost 19.99 plus shipping.

The xbox to ps2 adapter is 14.99 at play asia and most other places, and ps2 to ps3 is 9.99 everywhere. So for like...50 bucks lets say + saturn pad...you got...a ps2 saturn pad :) 

The 360 saturn conversion was a lot more costly. I got the XFPS converter (ps2 to xbox 360 plus keyboard and mose) for 90 bucks plus shipping and then xbox to ps2 converter...etc...

I wish these console makers learned to make good Dpads already... 

Wow, that's a pretty ingenius way of getting your Saturn pad to work on the PS3. I think it would be a good way of getting it to work on the PS2 (minus that last adapter), but wouldn't have been easier to get the "PC Magic Box" instead?

I know it won't work for the 360, but your method is good for use with the XFPS (minus that last adapter )

I'm still looking at picking up an XFPS to use for my 360. I just picked up a Hori Real Arcade Pro 2 SA PS2 arcade stick(with the actual arcade buttons/joystick) for about ~$100 from the Hori store.

I did this for my PC, but not with a saturn remote but a PS1 remote.

I can play with almost every controller imaginable on my xbox360 (everything I get working on my PC I will get working on my 360).

lol @ saturn pads, brings back memories, its sorta like the 6 button megadrive pad both which were the best pads for fighting games.
