Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Ubisoft responds to Wii-owners upset with quality of titles

Viper1 said:
While I understand he's not a Ubisoft representative, I found his reply absolutely appalling and insulting.

His justifications irrational, erroneous and completely ignorant of facts and data readily available to the public.

Far to many contradictions to even warrant a direct line by line retort.

Yves Guillemort himself said that casual games were funding the bigger games. But thanks to this guy working there we basically have an understanding of why this is happening and this is just plain abuse of Wii owners.

Prediction:
Disney will make KH3 with Nintendo.Yes,KH3 will be a Disney/Nintendo crossover.

Look at the expression of Miyamoto after seeing that Dogz game, doesn't this tell you something?

I think Nintendo should ban this types of games, unless they pass a quality test. Seal of quality FTW!

Proud poster of the 10000th reply at the Official Smash Bros Update Thread.

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)

Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

Fullfilled Prophecies

yeah ninty shouldnt let just any game released for theyre console

tag:"reviews only matter for the real hardcore gamer"

Lol I would be pissed if I was Miyamoto. " This is what you think my games are like?" " I should bitch slap you for this horrible shit'
They are too afraid that 3rd parties will leave them again like the n64 days to put any regulations.

So when Sony does it, its golden, but when Nintendo does it, we get the shaft. THANKS! (freakin developers.)

They alwasy complained about it in the snes days. Nintendo did it to prevent shovelware and the industry from collapsing again.

Jade Raymond to Miyamoto: We're blatantly copying your cute doggie game so as to take in massive profits to fund our big budget games that will never appear on your console.

Guy to Miyamoto's left: Did she really just say that?

Miyamoto: Woman grasping feathers don't fly.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

Nintendo should bring back their seal of quality.

There. I said it.

Miyamoto: "You wanna use our system to make cash for use on other systems? Fine. Make it worth our while."

Don't make it super-strict like it used to be (that's what cost them the market-leader position in the first place), but for god's sake don't let crap like Imagine: Man-Eating Sharkz on your system.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

I think they should allow publishers to publish without the seal, as I think giving small developers and publishers a chance is best for the industry, but then make it strict to get an optional seal of quality.

wii can not accept this kind of seal...

We are Wii....Waiting for Pikmin 3! and Pikmin 2 NPC...
