can i sue sony for making such a sucky system? or how bout the 360 for hurting my eyes? if you are having trouble with holding the wiimote after 15 minutes you already had a problem to begin with. id see a dr cause pretty much after years of playing two handed controllers will give you carpel tunnel faster then the wiimote would.

Are you retarded?=[ @ OT-I think you shouldn't sue, because you're still using it after knowing how uncomfortable it it.

The way one normally holds the controller would not cause carpal tunnel or tend to impinge on any nerves causing pain. Make sure you are not sharply bending your wrist. It is more likely that a neurological condition or irritation from something else is showing up or being exacerbated by play.

You could try the following: Take aspirin or Bufferin before you play, if this prevents the pain then arthritis should be considered (regardless of age). Try varying the way you hold the controller or try the new soft sleeve. Not having to grip a hard object might help. If not you may have to take more frequent breaks but if the condition persists, I would consider seeking medical advice.

I have a similar problem and plan on suing playboy :)

I REALLY don't know how the Wii can hurt you or make you tired. I have never had any occur once since I owned my Wii. That includes playing Wii Sports. I think people are just exaggerating...

As for your problem...hmm...IDK :P Play it with less force maybe?

Carpal tunnel and arthritis are two ways.

My wrists and the top of my hands can hurt pretty darn bad when playing games on the PC, typing things on a keyboard, and playing a Wii-game that requires wii-mote movement.

LOL, you can't be serious.
So, you cant take notes either, sue university or school, such bastards.
Either you got a really weak body, or you're just trolling... Choose one.

But if you have a real problem playing the Wii, simply stop playing it, Nintendo advices you to see your medic if you get any pain and also before playing video games. It will save you money that you will lose by even trying to sue them.

If your leg is broken and you still go running around you will hurt yourself even more, same with this, if your wrist is wrecked then dont use the Wii, its your own fault.

Medic? What are we, in a warzone? lol

Hit 'E' for medic!

On topic, it's like suing for burning your lips while sipping some hot coffee. I understand wrist pain, but suing takes it too far.

You can sue for whatever you want, of course.  You won't get awarded anything, of course.  I can understand that you might spend very long periods of time playing Wii games, since the Wii games have been so amazing thus far.  That's fair, but you should take occational breaks.

Personally, I find the Wiimote much more comfortable than either my PS2 or Xbox 360 controllers although I don't have a particular problem with either of those.
