On topic. Am I the only one that believes, it will be the first "FPS" (if we could call it that way) that a female could actually bother and play the game?

You mean to say that women don't play games because the main characters are men? Well, I got a solution. Make all new IP game heros sexy women and we'll all be happy. There is nothing I would love more, game industry. I don't have to play with a dude to enjoy a game. If I did, I would be sexist, like all women who would only consider playing a fps if the main character was female.

I 'm reffering to the "little or no violence" thing and the stylish approach of the developer team. PDZ had a woman character right? So what? And in ME you could be "Joahna Shephard". I don't know many women that played these games (actually, i dont know many women who play "hardcore" games at all- Oh, and watch footbal LOL)

Mirrors Edge (PS3)

I love games that break away from the traditional formula of a genre, and this game looks to do that to the First Person Perspective games in the same way Super Mario Galaxy did for 3D Platforming.

I love the art style, and the music is also wicked.

 AMEN!

I hope they release that music soon.

Wiki is garbage for most history

I hope you realize almost everything is garbage when talking about history.

It's all from someone's point of view.

It's like the old saying "You know why the good guys always win the wars? Because the winner get to write the history".

Hopefully out this year?? I'll be looking forward to see a lot more of this at E3.

As far as the game goes, the graphics are nice.... too nice. There is just something off about an enviroment in game that doesn't seem to have the least bit of grime, or dirt anywhere. It's a little off putting to me and makes the game seem too constructed (perhaps a little bit of the uncanny valley in enviroments?).

Alot of this can be explained away as art direction, but it still comes off as way too clean almost as if those scrubbing bubbles guys whitewashed the entire Mirror's Edge world.

It's set in a false utopia - on the surface everything is fine and dandy and everyone is happy, but scratch the surface and you'll realise it's actually a dystopia - hence how clean everything is.

Everything looks nice, and everything is clean, but no one has any freedom. This is where you, the player, comes in: it's your role to get messages to people without the Government finding out.

^ I know all that but unless this false utopia has millions on nano robots doing dusting jobs on everything in sight, then there should be some dirt and grime somewhere.

Also, the view of the strret looked oddly barren and the cars looked like the overhead view oh GTA 3.

PS: I am not saying this is a shitty looking game, I'm just saying there are a few things wrong with it.

Damn this is weird : DICE (European developer) is making a game that looks and seems like Japanese traits.

Weird but, I love it and am looking forward to it!!!

Is it going to be on PSN or is it a actual PS3 game (Blu-ray)?

It's a full priced big budget retail game. Did you watch the trailer? You know how long it would take to download a game like that on PSN? Too long, lol.

I said it because you can download GT5: Prologue and that is sort of a half-baked game :)

The art style is interesting how you're supposed to go towards red things and away from blue things and the music was nice but I want to see some actual gameplay before I make a judgment on this game.

That was actual gameplay, your job is to deliver top secret mail by hand because all means of communication have been tapped into.

So obviously you work for an organization against the Government (Or vice-versa)

I imagine combat and such is confonted by people trying to obtain the information you have.

This is all just my theory based on what little I have heard from the games Director.

Whoops, said that wrong.  I wanted to see more gameplay before I get excited.  For the moment, the running and jumping looks fun, but only for five minutes.  I want to see more.

fps mode just seems a lil strange to me with a game like this. And whats up with all th ethings looking so perfect. Not one piece of litter or dirt, meh i hate it when games developers act like things dont age and get dirty

Looks good, but it could be better, if only the Wii-balanced board were used... :P

Anyways, probably we will see more on the E3 about gameplay and control...
