 You do have it wrong. Just needs an "o" instead of an "e".

 The entire staff works volintarily. Thats right, I do all the PR work for this site for free.

You don't need the "s" on Forum (line 14) or moderate (line 20) though I may be being nitpicky there as I think either are acceptable.

Also would be better with the full names of Naznatips, Benkenobi88 and such.
