Most of the time it isn't, but a lot of the time people do it to trick people. Like this one time I bumped this thread called "Forza 3 screens" of course they were talking about Forza 1 on three different tv screens(I had a good laugh). This time I don't think it is bannable because he stayed on topic. But more than likely this thread will be locked soon
