no no, that's yoshi's stage

No, it's Yoshi's stage. and I didn't realize the platform above DK's head was there in pic #3, so it looks like he just gets stuck in the main platform. kind of like his head-butt attack.

It would be cool if mario got a Paper Mario, Super Mario Bros. (underground level) and a Mario Galaxy stage to go along with the Mario Mario Kart and the Isle Delfino Stage. anyone agree?

i dunno, that sounds like too many mario stages, unless they're planning on having aLOT of stages... That would be pretty awesome.

The more the better IMO! I don't care if the stages are small or large. I actually prefer smaller stages. But I still like the big ones. I can see them having around 40+ stages.

Also, Mario had 4 stages in Melee. I can easily see him having 5 in this game.

yeah, i don't think there were enough big stages in Melee, most of them were too small. I like having epic one on one battles in a big place. And if Mario gets 5 places, then the other main people should get around 3. Oh, and it's not really Mario getting all the stages, it's because he has Peach and Luigi and Bowser that made him have 4 in Melee.

I just think that each Character should get their own specific stage and then some other stages that are just smash stages (battlefield, final destination). We should have about 50 stages then.

50 stages sounds nice. ^_^

and hopefully they will have past stages from both SSB and SSBM.

4 from each of them + Battle Field + Final Destination = 10 stages right there!

The question is, what's going on in the pic with Bowser? Did the pitfall attach dirt to his back, or does the pitfall just make the floor under him turn into dirt that he falls through?

I think bowser just fell through. As for the talk about stages, I loved the final destination stage in melee cause it was completely flat and sorta big. I'm likeing the brige of eldin and I hope they will have more flat stages. And they should either bring back the Hyrule castle stage from melee or make a new Hyrule castle thats just as big cause that was my favorite level.

Hyrule Castle rocked...they should bring that back. The Temple level was too big, in my opinion, but a few levels like that would be cool. The problem is people can run away so easily in Temple, especially since I'm usually Samus and my main contenders are usually Fox or Falco hehe.
