I can't wait to see it. I wonder who'd be the better gamers. I'd assume 360 though, since we have far more online experience with GOW, Halo, ect.

You underestimate the average PS3 gamer. :)

damn, i'm gonna get fired if i don't stop...

You and me both. I post in like four or five different forums in addition to surfing the net

The problem with showing Microsoft any love (outside this forum) is they make themselves so unlovable through their actions. They control connection to their software and hardware -- i.e. operating systems and consoles like the family jewels. They need to open up a bit more to third parties.

Case in point: a "chip" is required to unlock the controller port making it impossible for a third party to make a controller for the 360 if they don't license it from MS and pay up the royalties. I'm all for 'seal of quality' type of stuff, but MS borders on the idiotic.

Right now I want to dump my PS2 on ebay and re-buy the handful of games I have left on it on my newly acquired 360. The problem is that some of those games are dance mat specific for the family and there is no metal dance pad for the 360. Why is that you ask? Because no-one has apparently deciced it's worth the trouble/cost to play by microsoft's rules.

On the PS2, there are many, many, many, many third party controllers of every shape and size imaginable. There is something to be said for giving the consumer a choice... and MS seems to work counter to that very idea in everything they do. If they want a hint of why the Xbox 360 is doing so poorly in Japan, this is a big part of it.

That said, there are some awesome games on it. :)

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

LOL.  I didn't even realize how old this thread was.

Why are people resurrecting old threads again

Obviously this shows how overrun the 360 forum has become with PS3 fanboys and their insanely biased rants if the OWNER OF THIS SITE has to come in and ask where the 360 fanboys are at.

This goes to show how extreme the PS3 fanboys have gotten in trying to turn what is obviously a losing console battle into their favour that every bad piece of press the 360 gets, even if the source is sonydefenceforce.com, needs a new thread here.

(Yes, I inferred ALOT from ioi's very brief comment........)

and in case you hadn't notice, I was being sarcastic :)
