well first of all NO I`m not talking about the wii mote! its just a simple thing that really disturbs me!

when i played my first video game it was the snes and i loved it. the buttons were like this

well it was good like while playing mario kart u accelarate with B

then the n64 the A button in proper position

   A     C

the gamecube controller what i think was best:

B

now allways knowing A is the main button and allways in the easiest position to reach out cam the ds and the wii classic controller wich both were absoloutly the same as the super nintendo but in games mario kart u accelarate with A wich is in the most ocuard (???) position and will give u pains after a while of playing so why did nintendo do this? anyone else totally pissed about that?

Are you saying you prefer the Gamecube's controller layout and is disappointed with the DS and Classic controller?

I can't stand both the joysticks on the classic controller, and the weight of the ds (I have the old one :p)
The DS kills my arms after about 30 mins, fingers dont like the buttons either. Is the DS Lite any better in this regard?

I hated the N64 controller and don't like the GC controller. Classic is ok. Wiimote+nunchuck is ok for most games...but not Brawl.

I like the SNES layout which is still used today with the classic (with added shoulder buttons), but the dualshock and xbox controllers have a nice grip. The only thing the wheel does for wii is add a grip that you get with those controllers.

I agree that the GC layout is best, but the DS layout isn't that bad that it causes pain or something.
