While I can appreciate the criticism of the significance I've placed on the content omitted I have to wonder what you're doing in a forum that in no way applies to you, in a thread about version of a game on a console you don't own and as of yet have anything to contribute to this thread even remotely related to the topic?

I think we all just don't care anymore.

Seriously due. Credits, whoop de god damned do.

I don't really get the big deal here either.  It's not like I can't see them on youtube anyway.

Okay, while I agree Oni is both grossly overreacting and acting very rude to everyone in this thread, I understand why the end movie being cut would upset him.

Okami has a very big over-the-top-in-a-good-way ending with a lots of fanfare and goes out with a real bang. The follow-up movie with the credits is very nice closing piece to follow that, and for such a long game it's also really refreshing to see the journey unfold in this fashion. Then you have Issun's Epilogue which I found brings the story full circle and shows how his character has matured.

Yes, none of this effects the gameplay, and yes you can see the missing bit on YouTube. But it is a poignant piece of final closure that’s otherwise missing in extraordinary ending. It might be kind of like cutting the credit sequence of certain Hayao Miyazaki films and putting it in the special features instead. You’re still going to have an exceptional film with wonderful characters, but there is a small but still moving piece of it now disjointed and removed from the complete experience.

One other thing removing the end credit sequence effects.

Minor Spoilers:
You’re given the opportunity to make your own custom seal late in the game using the celestial brush. Once and if you finish your personal design, the woman making the seal boots you out and won’t let you back it. In the last still image after the credits and before Issun’s wrap-up, your seal stamps the last picture before the scroll rolls up. This is actually missing in the YouTube videos since apparently the people who posted them opted out of even making a seal.

Again, I’m not justifying Oni’s behavior. I just wanted to provide some perspective on at least why this upsets him so much. This isn’t going to stop you from enjoying the game.

Well I don't care why this upsets him. I'm locking his topic before he assaults more people and I have to ban him.
