Exactly.  Every game's quality is subject to the opinions of the individual. The only things you can objectively review in a game are technical aspects, and reviewers are clearly ignoring those in GTAIV anyway, so I suppose there is no such thing as an objective review.

Do you really hate Oblivion that much? I liked Morrowind way more as well and certainly some idiotic design desicions made the game look bad (teleporting, few cities/establishments, level adjustment to loot/enemies, generic medieval world, etc) but overall, it certainly ranks in the 80s.

80% is 8/10

Yea, I know that I'm stating the blatently obvious!!

An 8/10 rating for anything is saying its VERY GOOD

Not really much diference between a 8/10 and 9/10

And a 10/10 I think is probably not taking enough time to think about the item you are rating and being blinded by the hype and love of the item/band/company etc

I give you the example of Coldplays new track 'Violet Hill' and the fans going, 'best track ever', 'best thing they have ever done' when in reality I can tell them for sure right now....ITS SHITE!

I give Nintendo alot of credit however, because they have created a console that its games are fun no matter what. I expect anyone to have fun using the wiimote no matter the quality of the game. I have heard plenty people praising  the carnival games for its fun factor.

Lol reviews mean nothing they are predone scripts made for games that are trying to be realistic and geared towards hardcore players while Wii games are not geared in that deirection specifically.

Mario Kart is too much in visual appearance to its successor for these gaming sites and is getting knocked down for the wrong reasons. Its sales will also prove that its a 9+ game.

I think it is just a problem with how they are being viewed by the current gaming sites. Same reason why GTA4 keeps getting 10's when it should probably be more of a '9-ish' game.

I never knew that sales prove the game is AAA quality, I guess Okami must have been the worst game ever since it sold so poorly.

Also, GTA 4 is more of a 9 ish game? This is true because its not on the wii, and mario galaxy is better.

I am convinced reviewers are trying to destroy the Wii with their poor reviews.. they are just now realizing no one really listens to them... what is that? M&S just past 4 million! Oh, yes I NEED to go play MKWii now, that game is AMAZING too fun.

Reviewers= Fail



End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
