These were the same arguments being used last year for when a price cut + MGS4 and other releases would be the demise of the Xbox. Since then, the 360 has padded its lead by 2 million. PS3's "big hitters" have created small bumps at best, and these predictions seem to assume that Microsoft is going to say "ho-hum, Sony's catching up. And even with a major ($100) price cut, even if the PS3 starts outsetting the 360 right away, it WILL be long after. even if the PS3 tripled it's current sales, and the 360 stayed flat, it would take almost 3 years to catch up.
And the reason for all this was because the 360 got a price cut. If it hadnt, PS3 may only be about 3 million behind the 360 right now. So if Sony starts getting close again, maybe we can expect another one
