"Wii Fit is awesome and doing well, hurray!"

Good.

"Suck it people who doubted it, you lose!"

Bad.

oh well, what happened to Nintendo being just about games :P anyways let the fad begin. I'll be generous and say most people will use this product for a year then they come to their senses. Oh well, I hope people lose the weight they need to - seeing they can just go outside and exercise on their own accord. It's amazing what the human race can fall for :P

I couldn't agree more.

Exercise is supposed to be laborious and grueling.  How dare all those people expect to have fun while exercising?  Such gall.

It's almost as infuriating as the success of Call of Duty 4.  How could have so many people fallen for that fad?  I hope they'll come to their senses and just join the military.

And don't get me started on the Guitar Hero/Rock Band craze.  My brother is a very talented guitarist, so you can imagine how betrayed I felt when I learned that he was a Guitar Hero fan.  He and I are no longer speaking to each other.  Someday he'll come to his senses.

I tell ya, people are sheep.

This is the first game I've ever seen where teh internetz is sold out. Gameseek.co.uk were selling it for £89.99 plus postage and even they've sold out!

If people just use it for 1 year I would call it one of the biggest success ever

By the way my  motivation suck when I exercise alone but with WiiFit I have something too compete with, like the Running part I have a fixed distant and I have a computer controlled Mii in front of me keeping my pace up.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

"Come to the their senses"?

Does it make you feel high and mighty to insult people in that manner? Such elitism.

As opposed to a game like heavenly sword which you'd play for 1 day and put it away...

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

I dont know why people all say exercise is boring, most people find it very fun to play sports, like soccer, tennis, basketball or other stuff.

So theres something of a flaw in saying wii fit is fun and exercise is boring as this doesnt apply to all forms of exercise.

I would say wii fits appeal is that its fun to play alone aswell as being able to play in short intervals and get started right away.

Also dont forget that its not supposed to entirely replace exercise, you arent going to become an olympic athlete from wii fit alone :P

That being said im sure its a fun game and i will get it when its released in oceania.
