Game Sack. :)

Game Sack is, of course, a fave! They deliver on a great mix of education and comedy!

Retro Tech Select - My Youtube channel. Covers throwback consumer electronics with a focus on "vid'ya games."

Ryukahr and DGR for mostly Mario content, and Nyxipuff for Final Fantasy / Kingdom Hearts reactions. Also, Gab Smolders for mostly horror games.

Nowadays it seems like specialized channels are becoming more common than variety ones.

I recently uploaded my SSX3 gameplay videos to my channel:

My Etsy store

My Ebay store

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

If you own a Switch I recommend SwitchUp: https://www.youtube.com/user/Marcusscalius/videos. They've reviewed a ton of eShop games, even the lesser-known ones, and keep cranking out a number of reviews per week.

I doubt he's considered lesser known, but Scott the Woz is under a million subs and very funny. His videos range the gamut from reviews on specific games, topic videos on things like software available at each consoles launch, game rarity and preserving old games, the companies that make games and some of their history, and 'reviewing' shovelware. It's a Nintendo-centric channel, but not Nintendo exclusive.

Larry Bundy Jr. aka Guru Larry is a man who's lived through nearly every console generation and has a wealth of old and interesting facts to share in his 'Fact Hunt' series. The titles all sound like pure clickbait, but he has an engaging voice and a charisma that shines as he talks about odd and largely forgotten topics.

Spawnwave runs a channel where he does a short summation of the most recent gaming news every weekday morning. Nothing particularly fancy or amusing but it's a nice way to start the day and he often informs of things I had no idea about. His breakdown videos on various pieces of tech and how to mod existing consoles are entertaining as well. I'd recommend starting with the Ring-con breakdown as it's got an interesting bit in it that makes the whole thing work.

All three of these channels are already in heavy rotation for me. You have good taste!

Recently I've been watching Snoman Gaming and it's a great channel.

But, hello you! Welcome to the official Peter Molyneux bashing channel!

Didn't mention him because his channel was bigger in my mind, but definitely interesting to watch for anybody who likes videogame history and especially their fuck-ups.

I don't know whether this channel has already been recommended but if not I'll go with MBG, it's a lesser known channel and I like it almost to the point of calling it awesome.

Also if you happen to speak french, I definitely must recommend this channel which I consider awesome.
