I'm not sure where you got "spikes among the young" from, since the most recent breakdown by age is from today and goes as following:

which still consistently puts deaths under 60 at 1 - 2% of the total. Besides, if resources were limited, the people with most life-years left would be treated first, as cruel as that sounds, wouldn't they? So that potential issue would proportionately affect younger people less.

By the way, should Poland undergoes the same severe lockdown as France or Italy, I'm thinking there's a huge chance Cyberpunk 2077 will get delayed again. Working at home won't be anywhere close to the productivity of office work for most people, let alone crunch time work.

Im at the point where most games and next gen will be delayed. With devs moving to work from home and outsourcing not being possible in China and other countries games wont meet their launch date and companies wont have any events promote their consoles.
