Yeah the Switch is just an absolute BEAST. Like I said before, I think we have yet to see the Switch's final form. I do however hope we have a ND soon so we can get a clear idea of their strategy this year.

It has to be Zelda BotW 2. That would definitely put it over the edge. However, my gut feeling says there will also be a Mario project set for the holidays. 

I think a new game in the 3D Land/World series. I'd prefer Odyssey 2 but a lot of people will enjoy a new World game. As long as they don't just release 3D World DX.

We should be due a new Mario game either this or next year though.

After famitsu splits the numbers, we'll probably see ps4 at like 6k in Japan for this week.

These numbers are already taking Famitsu into account.

VGC has split it as:

Week 1 - 39.6k
Week 2 - 26.8k

And the real split is something like 59k-6k.

Now that holiday season is (mostly) over it seems like this is kind of what a typical week in 2020 is going to look like, except for Japan. Worldwide Switch is on fire, but Europe is still slightly in favor of the PS4.

Sony seems to have expanded more in central and eastern Europe this generation and so I bet they still have a couple of decent years left in Europe even if most other areas are ready to move on.

Yeah I would think it'll be BotW 2 and maaybe like a brand new Mario 2D game? Not a "New SMB" but a whole new 2D series. At least that would be my hope.

Unfortunately I don't think that's likely though. With both NSMB U Deluxe and Mario Maker 2 releasing just last year I'm not sure we'll get another 2d mario on the Switch full stop, much less anytime soon.
