State of Decay 2 news tomorrow, likely some small DLC then I guess, I don't think we're going to get an Inside Xbox in Feb anymore.

Besides Project Mara news has been slow for Xbox this year. Hopefully Bleeding Edge and Ori turn out good to hold us over til the reveal or E3.

Yeah, they had a hype out of nowhere reveal at TGA's then...nothing. January/February have been a drag, I thought they'd at least start building up hype to Series X but I think they're waiting for Sony to reveal their hand which is kinda boring, I had some small hope that Microsoft would change their marketing campaign from Xbox One and not do a April/May reveal this time, show some confidence like they did at TGA's and go first, start building a hype campaign, Halo Infinite would have helped with that but its beta is nowhere in sight.

I think it's a missed opportunity not having an Inside Xbox for February and I doubt we'll have one in March with stuff like PAX/GDC in the way, from Mid March-June E3 they will have...

  • Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
  • Bleeding Edge.
  • Grounded Alpha
  • Gears Tactics.
  • Minecraft Dungeons.
  • Wasteland 3.

Possibly Battletoads too, Idk what is going on with that game, they also could have had a Infinite Flighting and some OS updates, then announce a date for the Series X full reveal, like it feels kinda like a waste of hype potential to reveal Series X at TGA's then go radio silent until April/May, they should try to keep the hype up by having something soon.

At least we have those 6 confirmed titles before E3 to keep us busy but I think they could do with a little more marketing, especially Bleeding Edge and Grounded.

Out of that group of games I am most excited for Ori, followed by Minecraft Dungeons. I'll probably give Grounded and Gears Tactics a try since they will be on Game Pass. I like Gears games, but never cared for the style of game Tactics is.

I'll likely play all of them except Bleeding Edge.

I guess having Game Pass it doesn't hurt me to give these games a try. If I don't like them then I just delete them.
