wow, I can't remember if I was pushing for 50 or 100 pushups when I was back before highschool. I don't even know how many I can do now, though I suck at pull ups, I might be able to do 5 right now. I'd do it now to find out, but my workout is tomorrow and I don't want to mess up my routine. Hopefully I'll be able to do around 50 of each.

Pushups - About 30, I think
Situps - No clue
Pull ups- about 8ish maybe
Body fat - no idea. how do you calculate it?
I know I can bench about 130lbs
I'm not very strong and don't work out too often. I'm sure my body fat is low though.

i am horriable weak in teh uper body but i know with my legs i can curl almost 200
and extensions i wqas at 190 but i started to develop shin splints and could work out that way anymore

He is probably one of those kids that bends at the waist and uses their knees. The only guy I knew who could maybe do that could also do 1 handed pushups and worked out like crazy.
It also helps that he is 13, with 7-8% body fat, and probably weighs less than 90lb. I could probably put him above my head without to much of a problem.
Anyways, back when I was 18 and I exercised regularly I could do
Push ups - 30-40
Situps - never did any, did crunches instead
Pull ups - ~40
Body Fat - ~%15
Now it looks more like (at 24)
Push ups - 20-30
Situps - still never do them
Pull ups - ~15
Body Fat - ~%20
Age : 18
Pushups : 2-5
Situps : 40 ( yeah , the difference is huge )
Pull-ups : -1 ( lol I can probably do 1 :P )
Body fat % : I would say 50% lol
You cant say that Im a muscle man :P
