I don't know...  He sounds too skinny.  I wonder what his height is.  I could literally pick him up and throw him.  If I go under 200 lbs I would look like a crackhead.  I am 6'3 built like a mini tight end Gronk though.

My dad used to pick me up his height I think was 5'7 and was strong  :3 I'm 174cm which means I'm (5'8 and a 1/2) almost 5'9 But I'm finally at normal weight :)

Yes that isn't too bad for 5'9.  I was over 6 feet junior in high school and weighing 180 so I don't know how most normal people should weigh. I apparently only lost 15 lbs this year.  My weight just looking on paper makes me look like fatass but my stomach isn't that big.  Forget BMI for me because they want me 210 or less.  My optimum weight is 220 and I still have another 20 to 25 lbs to go.  I plan on hopefully getting to 225 or 230 next year.  Glad you were able to get to your optimum weight.

I am currently 218, down from 267 at the start of 2019... so feeling pretty good about it. I’m trying to get to 200. I’m 6’1 so it isn’t like I’m chubby at 218, but that is still my goal. At this point I’m also working on toning some things up rather then just losing weight.

All in all, I’m probably the healthiest I have been since high school right now!

I don't know exact numbers where I was at the beginning of this year, but I've gained about 10 pounds. I was only around 176-180 lbs for most of 2018. Then after having more sedentary jobs (and a period of months of unemployment) I'm about 195 lbs now. My goal is to get back down to 180-185 lbs. I don't wanna hit 200 lbs, personally.

Same here, about 200 in summer, 215 in winter.

Gained probably 5-8 lbs heh. I actually managed to lose about 30 lbs from like 2010-2014, then working a labor-intensive stock job from 2015-2017 allowed me to keep most of it off. But between quitting that, my exercise bike breaking down, and writing on more of a fulltime basis making more sedentary, I've pretty much gained it all back since then. :/

Definitely making it a new years resolution to get back on track with that, hopefully lose like 10-15 lbs in the next year at least

I lost weight, like 6 kilos because I was sick. Thats a real bummer to me, since I trie to put on muscle but was not able to gain weight for 3 months now.
