I was on IV for about a week. Almost died in the hospital. Stabbed in the back. Then 3 days later fell off a balcony. RIGHT on my stab wound. And got really sick due to stress. It was all so fucked. They thought I had SARS for a bit, and I was under quarantine.
Without all that, about 30-40 hours.

One of the best euphorias there is, probably better than runners high imo next to drowning your brain chemically with drugs but it also comes with a load of other benifets that last weeks after. I would imagine it's a similar experience to entering a ketogenic state? Correct me if I am wrong.
